Our Australian Brahman cattle are born and initially raised in Australia before they’re imported here. They’re raised for three to four months here and finished with natural feeds.These cattle are tracked by the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) and the Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) through RFID trackers. Our slaughterhouse is monitored by the National Meat Inspection Service of the Bureau of Animal Industry and goes through rigorous and stringent safety standards.Know where your meat is coming from!
