We take our round ground beef from the rear upper leg and hind. Just as the name suggests, round cuts like bottom round and knuckle are used for this type of ground beef.


Our ground round cuts are 90% lean, with about 12% fat. The low amount of fat makes these cuts perfect for dishes with sauces or vegetables. Heat our ground beef to 140°F for medium to medium-rare meat.
