About Our Premium Brisket Meat Cuts

Beef brisket comes from a cow’s breast, found below the ribs that lie behind the foreshank. The breast section is made up of pectoral muscles that support its overall weight.

Brisket can weigh between three to eight pounds and can be chewy because of the connective tissue. Since it’s a long cut, butchers cut the meat in half.

Beef brisket is chewy, so braising or smoking is the best way to cook it. Or you can brine the cut for delicious meaty tenderness!

TenderBites offers premium beef brisket for sale! Place you order these hearty cuts and enjoy restaurant-quality meals from the comfort of your home.

Is beef brisket the same as corned beef?
Corned beef is made from beef brisket, but they aren’t the same thing. Corned beef is beef brisket cured in brine and preserved with spices. Brining gives corned beef its pink color.
How do I smoke a beef brisket?
Start by trimming the brisket and preheating your smoker. Season your meat with salt and pepper, garlic, herbs, or marinades like lemon juice and vinegar, and then it’s ready to be smoked.

You may use brisket spray made of apple juice and water mixture or apple cider vinegar as you cook the meat. Wrap the brisket and continue smoking the cut at a temperature of at least 200°F. Once done, set the meat aside. Slice once cool, and your smoked beef brisket is ready to serve!
Where can I buy beef brisket?
You’ll find beef brisket in the meat section of your local supermarket. However, these cuts may not be ideal for smoking, so you might want to visit local farmers, farmer’s markets, or butcher shops. You can also find premium brisket meat online at TenderBites.
How much is a kilo of beef brisket?
