Cooking Tips

Pork tenderloin is extremely lean, making cooks worry about dryness. These tips will help you prepare moist and tasty meat.

  1. Your tasty, tender pork tenderloin may call for a marinade. Pour it over the meat and keep the marinated tenderloin in your refrigerator for four hours or leave it there overnight.
  2. Let the meat sit after grilling so the juices can settle into it again. Leave your tenderloin on a foil-covered plate for about 10 minutes.
