What are your operating hours?

Ordering from TenderBites is easy. You can either:

Do you deliver to the provinces?
Just within NCR and the Nuvali area for now. But if you’re in one of the surrounding areas, give us a call and we might be able to work something out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure online payments from the ff:
- Grab Pay
- Union Bank
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No minimum required and FREE delivery within NCR for orders of P2,000 and more. But for orders below P2,000, you have to book the rider and pay the delivery fee yourself.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is absolutely free with a minimum order of P2,000.
How can I track my order status? Will you provide a tracking number?
We’ll email you once your order is ready for delivery. You’ll also get a tracking number once it’s dispatched so you can track the progress.
What are the return/exchange policies?
If you’re not happy with anything you get from TenderBites, let us know and we’ll make things right.
I want to change my order. Is it possible?
No problem. As long as you let us know before your orders are cut and prepared, we’ll be happy to fix things so you get exactly what you want.
Is there a cut-off time for orders? How long will it take for them to deliver?
Same day delivery for orders paid for by 4:00pm, subject to availability of riders. The earlier we get your orders, the better chance you’ll get your orders sooner. Orders after the cut-off will be delivered the next day.
