At Tenderbites, our goal is to provide you with the finest meat cuts during every purchase. If you have a problem with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Just keep in mind that our return and refund policy requires you to prescribe with certain guidelines.


Since our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns simply because a customer had a change of mind. On top of that, public and food safety regulations require us to handle our meat cuts with utmost care.

Customer satisfaction remains our top priority, however. So if you’re unhappy with the products that were sold to you, get in touch with us and we’ll figure out a way to make things right.


Unfortunately, our perishable goods aren’t eligible for a refund.

Our staff go through rigorous training to ensure the quality and freshness of our meat. After receiving your orders, please make sure to store them appropriately and thaw them properly.
