Cooking Tips
Pork tenderloin is extremely lean, making cooks worry about dryness. These tips will help you prepare moist and tasty meat.
- Your tasty, tender pork tenderloin may call for a marinade. Pour it over the meat and keep the marinated tenderloin in your refrigerator for four hours or leave it there overnight.
- Let the meat sit after grilling so the juices can settle into it again. Leave your tenderloin on a foil-covered plate for about 10 minutes.
